Many factors are assessed before a supplier is selected for a specific product or service category. Key criteria include supply chain stability, economics, number of quality tiers offered, warranties, durability/life cycle and overall brand strength.
The rigorous product testing and assessment that’s built into our selection process ensures franchisees have access to higher quality products at the lowest possible prices. Selected suppliers are also required to meet minimum quality standards and must have hospitality designed testing programs of their own.
