Innovative design lies at the heart of our brand essence concepts.  To help your property achieve design consistency and ensure a superior guest experience, our highly skilled designers are at your service to support conversion, renovation and brand standard projects.  We help recommend and coordinate engagements with outside professional hospitality interior designers, negotiate agreements and manage the design process through the successful completion of a capital project.  We also coordinate design reviews at each critical phase of design process:

• Design Development
• Documentation, including review of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) specifications and construction documentation

As an extension of your project team, we will help secure all necessary brand approvals and perform brand compliance reviews as required under the terms of your franchisee agreement.
